ILOE’s second year promises growth

04 April of 2014 by

After the successful lauch of the International Luxury Outerwear Expo (ILOE) in 2013, the second event is set to take place on 27-29 April 2014.

The show, which includes lots of fur but is not fur specific, drew a lot of interest last year, because it not only delivered a convenient and accessible mix of luxury outerwear, it also delivered a whole new crop of buyers that have not been seen at other recent trade shows.

The 2014 show is expected to grow by 30%, featuring over 83 exhibitors. Word has spread of the event after last year’s success, and will be welcoming international brands from 7 countries outside of the US, including Canada, Franca and Italy, who will be showing for the first time this year.

The event will host an opening night Cocktail Party and Fashion Presentation, which gives exhibitors and buyers a laidback format in which to network. There will also be an ILOE Casino Night and FICA Fundraiser Dinner/Auction. Taking place on Monday evening, the festivities will focus on fun, camaraderie, surprise entertainment and showing support for FICA’s many worthwhile programs to promote and protect fur fashion in the worldwide marketplace and legislative arena.
